25 Days of Cookies - Day 3

Pistachios and cranberries are two of my favorite things to munch on....thus, they became the star of Day 3 Christmas cookies. The green color (and crunch) also helped them stand out among all the chocolate chip and sugar cookies. As TV crime show NCIS' Abby describes pistachios, "you can never just eat one" so take a few for yourself and a few to share.
