25 Days of Cookies - Day 2

With a little less time to experiment today, Day 2 Christmas cookies were selected from the testers approved recipe collection: white chip double chocolate cookies. After adding rich cocoa to the basic cookie dough, white and semi-sweet chocolate chips complete this warm chewy delight. Enjoy!
