Video Game Inspired Cupcakes

Mario Galaxy, Mario Kart, and Super Mario are played quite often at our household. Since I'm not very good at any of them, I usually just watch as my husband breezes effortlessly through the levels. These cupcakes are inspired by the characters. Hopefully, I'll be able to mold a Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi from marzipan one day. But until I develop that skill, these red mushrooms will have to do =P Enjoy!
