Imitation Chinese Fast Food

At the local country club, there is only one Asian member - the owner of Panda Express. We were craving some imitation Chinese food so we created two of Panda Express dishes - vegetable chow mein and orange chicken. We discovered it's quite easy to make and very cheap - with each bowl, which usually costs $6.95-$8.95 depending on location, that you purchase, Panda Express is pocketing a lot of profit. We didn't want to put too much oil when creating the chow mein so it wasn't as good but probably a tiny bit healthier.
